Celery, Endive and Crab Salad
Simple yet stylish and a bit luxe, this is one of our favorite first-course salads. In winter, we love using it to kick off a swanky dinner with friends.

2 cups celery leaves and thin-sliced inner stalks
6 radishes, sliced thin
4 Belgian endives, cut into 3/4-inch rounds and cores removed
